Yesterday, Wang Liping, provincial representative of the People’s Congress and the president of Zhejiang Guangbo Group Stock Co., Ltd. suggested at the first session of the 11^th people’s congress that leaded by the government, establish enterprise self-innovation technology alliance, integrate the scientific research strength of the whole society and market expanding force, help enterprise speed up technology innovation and market exploring.

Enterprise self-innovation technology alliance has appeared in places like Guangdong, Suzhou and so on. The most significance of technology alliance which is established by local government is that it can effectively avoids enterprise and market from repeated development, greatly reduces the manpower and material resources paid by the enterprise, so as to let the enterprise concentrate on innovating development technology and expanding new market space.

Wang Liping said, private economy in our province was well developed, with high economic extroversion, while the further development of enterprise must depend on the lifting of self-innovation capability. While the new product development at present, small and medium-sized private enterprises are restricted by various factors like talents, capital and so on, and the speed of self-innovation is comparatively slow. Especially owe to lacking of communication and information exchange, the new products made by some enterprises with great efforts were told to infringe others’ patent rights when put into the market, so all the efforts were in vain.

“No matter the enterprises’ repeated technological research and development or market expanding of its products, all of these can be solved by enterprise self-innovation technology alliance, which is also urgently needed to be solved by enterprises.” Wang Liping said, “World economy develops till today, the exchange and integration between the technology is the general trend. Any technology is mutually transferred and penetrated. Shouldn’t close the door and start from null, because of emphasizing on self-innovation.”
